My Dad's friend would never have let me drive off without rear/brake lights and I just don't feel I can really trust these mechanics at the dealer. (FYI - I have I have lots of sources. I'm not sure where you're calling from!) and register the complaint. Both globes are faulty (blown).
As suggested earlier, a no charge replacement for the brake light swich on the brake pedal was issued in the US. I would assume that corrosion and rust is a on going problem over there in the damp.
