Volvo Xc90 Cruise Control Not Working


Smooth when riding down a lower gear on a downhill at higher revs. What generally occurs is that the pedal switches become mis-adjusted or the ears get broken off the switches causing a no contact condition. I thought maybe there was a fuse problem but in checking all three of the cars fuseboxes I can't find a fuse for the cruise control anyware . The 8 wire connector is polarized and will go on only one way. Remove the trim panel above the driver's feet. I ran it through some regular intersections and 4 way stops that have bumps and uphill starts that usually cause bucking and rough low gear engagement.
