Either it is a PIP (picture in picture) or the real deal
However, i searched for wiimulator 1.0 on torrentz.com and it turned out to have nothing to do with the wii
Plus the other wiimulator is just an application that lets u use applications from the wii menu screen
I don't think this is real but a real wii emulator that cannot play games yet but might in about a month is right here: www.freewebs.com/project128 enjoy

Last week the world saw the release of the first TwilightPack. Twilight Pack, whats that?. Basically it makes the installation of homebrew on your Wii about 10 times easier than if you tried to do it yourself. Why? because everything is pre packaged for you! Homebrew? Well, to put it simple homebrew is code by people who are not afiliated with nintendo wrote code for the wii. In a sence it's just home made programs. Why would I want to do that? Because Nintendo didn't think of everything when they made the wii, and it's a shame, but homebrewers can help fill in the gaps. How safe is it? Besides the fact that everything is fix-able with the reset button, everything included in the package is usable. Fix-able, what does that mean? Well, every program is prone to being able to freeze up, and homebrew is no exception, but you will have fun regardless. Will I void my warranty? Nope, you will not be voiding any warranties because you have not opened up your wii and modified anything inside to make it do things outside of its orignial capabilities. Cool, but how legit can this honestly be? Well, in an atempt to earn your trust, we encourage you to see for yourself. If you google the words "wii jabber" and click on the first link, you can will be directed to the page of the release. From there, you can make the judgement. Either way, be sure to read the REQUIREMENTS before attempting this, as you do need one certain game, along with an SD card.

Hi... I'm new here and have questions about emulating Wii games on the PC...

Basically here's the situation: I'm a kid. 14 years old. I don't work so I need to rely on my parents for money. Now, I don't have a Wii. Why? Because of a lot of motives...

One of them is that from what I've understood the Wii is just a pumped up GameCube... and from that I deduce that it has lame graphics, which may not be very unpleasant, but still...

Another is that I do not live in the USA. If I do not live in the USA, that means that I don't have access to the USA prices. That means that buying a Wii from where I live is like buying a Xbox 360 in the USA, which is not for me, frankly... Moreover, for me the Wii isn't 400$, it's actually 1000$... I have a crappy TV that is not only rather small but also old, so I'd have to get money for a big TV (I'm not going to play a Wii on a tiny TV).

So here's what I want to do: I want to buy a Wii Remote and Nunchuk. This way I'll end up at a way smaller price, and I'll get what I basically want from a Wii: the awesome gameplay.

Now, I can't get the awesome gameplay only with the Remote, Nunchuk and PC can't I? I need other pieces of hardware (Bluetooth dongle? Sensor bar?), software (GlovePIE?) and such.

Basically, here's what I'm asking: what do I need to do other than get the Remote and Nunchuk? What do I need to buy in extra? What software do I need to download in extra?

This one appears to be thicker, longer has a better plastic wrist strap thingy to pinch the strap to your wrist.

What I don't like is that the new strap has a rounded plastic thingy instead of the wedged Wii console shape.

azapcap asks:

"I was wondering if I could download a gamecube ISO and burn it onto a dvd and play it on the wii. I can’t try the above because I don’t own a action replay and an adapter for the sd. Thanks"

Short Answer: Not at this time

Long answer:
There is a game for the GameCube called Phantasy Star Online (PSO) and there are ways to exploit it to run homebrew code… even backups.

PSO is an online game and before connecting to the game server, PSO Episodes I & II for the GameCube finds the game server's IP address using DNS. By running a private DNS server on PC, it is possible to redirect PSO to a third-party server program, which can be used to send executable code to the GameCube and run it. PSUL and PSOLoad were two such server programs. You could even go so far as stream game ISO backups in real time from your PC to your GameCube using software called AnimalCrossing Loader.

For a long time, this was the only way to load up third party code, but it is now possible to load programs from a Memory Card, an SD card, or a modchip.

Nintendo Wii support
While able to play the GameCube version of Phantasy Star Online offline, trying to access the online mode on Nintendo Wii will return an error, asking the user to connect a modem or broadband adapter to the "GameCube". Because the modem and broadband adapter are Gamecube accessories it is not possible to go online with PSO on the Wii.

Hi guys,

The forums are up and running. The forums are implemented with BBpress but with a lot of customizations. Because I had to change and add code you might see some errors here and there. Please if you see any post a quick reply in here to let me know.

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome any viewers and encourage you to register an account. All you need is an Email and nickname.

Since the forums are new I am also looking for dedicated mods. If you would like to be a mod all you have to do at this point is post 10 (useful) threads and leave a post here.

anyways I hope you enjoy your stay.

I just visited EurAsia and they have a post about a possible modchip.

modrobert writes:

"I just got word that the team behind the successful xenoGC and later xenoGC 2.0 now have a working drivechip for Wii which should be released soon. No further info available at the moment, not even a name, but my guess is xenoWii. ;)"
