Every single engineer said it was the superhub and they're fed up to death of seeing issues related to it.

Check push power button is ON at back of super hub and also try plugging to different power socket just in case safety switch has tripped OFF or circuit fuse is broken. Never had any problems with other networks and it does connect to this network eventually, it just takes a long time to see it.
