It only has DVI. Dvi Cable No Signal http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Visual_Interface#Single-link_DVI You need the extra pins on a Dual-link to deliver the extra bits of color resolution. Analog is definitely better than staring at a blank screen.

If you've got a blank screen in Windows that you can't seem to get rid of then it's probably worth your trouble to try to track down a .INF file for The older package is "unsigned" adn for Windows XP/2000/etc.. Lower the refresh rate - Lowering the screen refresh rate makes it easier for the image data to get through the cable in good enough shape to display properly. When I turned my system on it displays via the DVI however when it starts to load Windows the screen goes blank and a message is displayed saying ‘out of range’.

Once Windows is loaded then you can set the screen mode to the standard 640 X 480 at 60 Hz mode to prove that the monitor can display it. But if you're running higher than 60 Hz then you can try reducing it to see if your problem goes away.
