Hey AkaTrouble, Super solution with a small twist at last, Thank you so much.. There was not a ` before the = sign, just a space. Switch back to Microsoft Excel, select the column where you want to insert the text strings and apply the Text format to it. It was a lengthy formula so I copied it to a notepad page, changed the cell to "general" and then pasted it back in so I didn't have to retype the Reformatting to number, and pressing enter in the formula bar made it work.
