Keyboard Shift Key Not Working Properly
Anyway, I no longer have to restart my computer as I've found that if you can get into task manager via Ctrl+Alt+Del it will get rid of the problem; problem is I'm using a Lattitude D820 and I've tried everything I can think of. Caps locked, multiple windows opening, highlighted/selected texts, links opening in new windows instead of same or even new tab - what a mess. It's not that I have anything to hide on my computer but at the same time, I don't allow people to just waltz into my residence either. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search. 2. Not always all of those problems at once but there are enough that it only makes sense to start fresh again. Another way is to hold down the Shift key while pressing Ctrl and/or Alt.
