I'm astonished though - I just installed VS2012 with Update3 - and this critical bug is still not solved by the VS team - in the third iteration! Intellisense Not Working In Sql Server 2012 I've tried the many tricks listed like resetting vs settings, deleting suo files, fussing with options… nothing will get intellisense working normally in my main project! In 2008 version I only type a few letters and then I can press space bar to complete the word. It seems that ReSharper turns the Visual Studio intellisense off and visual studio wont accept ReSharper intellisense.

how did you do this? If i remeber correctly, deleting your C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\VisualStudio\10.0 folder solves this issue. After the Trial expired a deinstalled ReSharper cause i don't have a License or the money to buy one. Resharper Tools-->Import ExportSettings-->selecting the reset all settings and following the wizard .
