You should be able to use TextFinderX to bulk edit the csproj files. In my case you have this structure (I'll use these in the examples below): Dev\WebProj\WebProj.sln Dev\Classes\class1\class1.csproj Dev\Classes\class2\class2.csproj Here are my steps (apologies if any of this is condescending - don't mean MyFolder ____Class Library ____WebProject ____Solution .......|___MyApp.sln When the solution file is in a subfolder of the folder structure, the references and wrap files just don't work.
