Echelon_Force's solution worked for me. Only restarting VS 2010 seems to work for me. File list rebuild is available via tweak dialog anyway. Press down-arrow 5. I would add however that, you might have to create the "Addins" folder as I had to do on Win7x64 prof. Please tell somebody.
